About me
Hi, I’m Leo! I’ve been fascinated by travel for as long as I can remember. My first travel stories were written at the age of seven, carefully scribbled into a notebook that my parents still keep to this day. Even back then, I felt the urge not just to explore the world, but to capture it in words.
Over the years, those handwritten notes turned into e-mails to family and friends. At 25, after graduating with my second master’s degree, I set off on a 10-month journey that changed everything. During that time, I started my first blog, Maailmakodanik — “World Citizen” in Estonian — where I documented the adventure as it unfolded.
Now, I’ve decided to continue this journey in English, hoping to reach more curious, adventure-hungry minds around the world. As of February 2026, I’ve visited 62 countries — and yet, the list of places I want to explore keeps growing.
When I’m not traveling, I live in Estonia, where I’m building my company, Energex. Welcome to my journey!
